At Bhoomi Textiles, we value our customers and strive to deliver premium quality sarees. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns & Exchanges✅

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Customers must raise a return/exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges⚠️
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

The product should not have been altered, worn, or damaged after delivery

An unboxing video clearly showing the damage at the time of package opening &
Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product.
- Requests without an unboxing video will not be considered.
Non-Returnable Item🚫
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products returned due to personal preference, color difference, or little design variation

Slight color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution

Customized or specially ordered products (if applicable)
Exchange Policy🔄

All requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission
- Approval is granted only after verification of the submitted evidence.
- If approved, only an exchange will be initiated.
- Exchange processing and dispatch will be completed within 3–4 business days after approval.

If the requested exchange product is unavailable, buyer can select similar other product from our product catalog, at the same price tag.
Return Shipping Charges💸

If the return is due to a defective or wrong product, Bhoomi Textiles will bear the return shipping cost.

For any other approved return, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
